Do you provide the alcohol?
Yes. We have a full liquor license and have account with multiple vendors that give us access to a variety of options.
Do you require an outlet?
An outlet is ideal, but we do offer an ultra quiet generator for an additional fee.
Do you clean up during the party?
We do set up a trash can near the trailer and work to keep that area neat, but we do not offer clean up service around your party.
How much time do you require for set up/tear down?
We require access to the location a minimum of 1 hour prior to the event for set up and a minimum of 1 hour for teardown. *Time required is based on the size of your party and will be noted on your proposal
How far in advance do you require for booking?
In order to secure your ideal date, the sooner you book the better. We can accommodate last minute bookings if our schedule allows for a $150 rush fee within two weeks and $250 rush fee for parties booked with in one week.
How do I secure my date and time?
To secure your date and time, we require a 50% deposit. Once the deposit is received the date and time slots belong to you. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your event. **Delays in payment may cause delays to your event
Can I make changes to my booking?
You can increase your booking up to two weeks before your event and you can decrease up to 30 days prior.
Unfortunately we can not accommodate any decreases 29 days prior to your event or after your deposit has been received if booking with a 30 day window to your event.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking up to 30 days before your event for a full refund. Any cancellations after the 30 day mark are subject to deposit forfeiture or you can re-book your event for a later date within 6 months.. *Parties booked prior to 30 days in advance can only be rescheduled or deposit forfeited.
*Special events such as, large parties, weddings, or corporate events, please check your proposal for cancelation cut off dates.
